The sharper, stronger suspension, a low centre of gravity, and a near-perfect weight distribution contribute to the GR86’s precision handling. Plus, a torque-sensing limited-slip rear differential keeps you in control at all times. One of the lightest sports cars on the market, it is perfect for beating the stopwatch and getting your pulse racing. The GR86 has been manufactured to deliver maximum performance on both the road and the track. Its new, larger-capacity, naturally aspirated 2.4-litre flat-four petrol engine produces 174 kW @ 7 000 r/min and 250 Nm peak torque @ 3 700 rpm. Its D4-S dual-injection fuel system, comprising both direct and port injection, has been re-tuned to deliver a more aggressive throttle response.
